I have used IDM for around 20 years maybe. The medicine is safe and effective I believe. I have had conversations with them about pricing last couple of years and they seem to understand my situation. I would recommend using them for your healthcare needs.

The customer service I recieved was on a level of its own, which sadly I rarely see anymore. The representatives that I had the pleasure of communicating with were caring & helpful and were always quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I was a bit skeptical at first as i rarely make purchases online anymore unless I have been in a physical store since it can be a big gamble doing buisness online today, especially when the amount of money is being exchanged runs the risk of being a little traumatizing if it were to be lost to a scam. However, I felt secure working with IDM since they kept me informed every step of the way, made sure I recieved my medications at the best possible price, and quickly provided me with the tracking information to follow along on my end. I have now made several orders thru their company and will continue to be a return customer as both when I was a brand new customer, (trying to get my prescriptions for the first time, after a major move to a new city, and trying to locate a new and reliable pharmacy) or after i returned again to have a new round of prescriptions filled, IDM worked with me every step along the way, were very transparent about everything and really put my mind at ease. They also kept me updated by email every step of the way throughout the delivery process as well. I am greatful to have found their service and plan to continue doing business with them for the forseeable future and have already recommended IDM to both friends and family.

This place is amazing they stayed connected with me the whole time like, actually sent me emails I never even had to send any to ask!! Which is unusual for shipping here in the US you always have to Hound people but this place even being overseas I got faster than I would from somewhere here I will be buying from again thank you!

I have a chronic health condition and International Drug Mart has enabled me to obtain needed medication and slowly improving.The Staff are always very helpful. Unfortunately there was a delivery problem last time, not of their doing and ordered early on their suggestion and now medication in reserve, but thank you to everyone for their helpful caring attitude

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra to ensure customer satisfaction. Problem solving is done quickly and efficiently. So happy to find a company that I can depend on for my medications. I really appreciate the constant shipment updates that I received from the company. Other companies leave their customers guessing about where their order is. IDM gives you constant updates about where your order is and estimated delivery date.
